Private beta — access by request
KohltSoft is currently in private beta. We're working with a small number of banks to validate the workflow, tighten the product, and build the implementation support model before general availability.
What private beta participants get

What we ask of beta participants
- Minimum 30-day active use during the beta period
- At least one operations or compliance stakeholder engaged in feedback sessions
- Willingness to participate in a short case study or reference call after general availability
Pricing
Pricing for beta participants is determined based on bank size and implementation scope. General availability pricing will be announced before the beta period concludes. Beta participant pricing is locked in at the time of onboarding.
Who this is for
KohltSoft is built for growing banks — institutions approaching the $1B asset milestone or managing Reg E disputes across 30 or more branches where informal systems (spreadsheets, Access databases, adapted ticketing tools) are no longer sufficient.
If your bank is smaller and managing a lower dispute volume with no current compliance concerns, KohltSoft may be premature. We'd rather you implement when it's right for your institution.
